Shipping Policy

We typically ship orders within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the season and the nature of the items.

Some of our pieces are handcrafted, while others are ready-to-ship. Your order will be shipped once all items are fully prepared.

Please note that processing times may vary, especially for made-to-order garments, as each piece is handled with care and attention to detail.

Important Details:

- Estimated shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

- Weather conditions, high order volume, or incorrect shipping information may delay your delivery.

- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

- CUEVAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS).

- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.


Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges or store credit only within 5 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

- Store credit is valid for 2 months from the date it's issued.Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Please Note:

- We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit only.

- We do not accept returns on:

* Sale items (final sale).

- Exchanges will not be granted if:

* The item is damaged, worn, or not in its original condition.

* The return is requested more than 5 days after delivery.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy.
